Service Description

A great idea if this is your first experience of Psychotherapy to find out whether you feel it will help how you're feeling. Also an inspired way to ease back into therapy if you're returning to it. After the first session you can decide whether you continue with weekly therapy and there is no obligation to pay for the initial consultation if you don't.
